The first week is all about finding time and reducing your overwhelm so you can catch your breath and feel calm again.
We come in with the quick and effective tricks to create more time in your life.

It's also why we start with super easy & non-time consuming tips. The first 5 weeks only have ONE module. Each video and activity is short and sweet (under 15 minutes) so you can listen to it while you're in the shower or making dinner and do the activity while on the loo!

I'm not going to waste your time with fluff - we'll dive right into the juicy part and start getting the things in that will free up your time and make you feel calm ASAP.

I 100% get it, I know how hard it is to think or be proactive with anything when you're tired and overwhelmed. This is why we start with a 1:1 consult before the modules even begin so we can get you feeling good with supplements and a herbal first.

I do the first 1:1 consult prior to the modules even starting because I want to get you feeling better ASAP with more energy, a clearer mind, feel more in control and healthier so that the modules are as easy as pie. We'll be starting you on a herbal that will help with stress and hormones, but will also include herbs that are going to massively support your other symptoms such as boost your energy, clear your mind, get you motivated, feeling happier and calmer, and feeling healthy really quickly. The 1:1 consult also gives us the opportunity to get your blood tests sorted so we can see if nutritional deficiencies or thyroid issues are contributing to your symptoms so that we can address them and give you relief long term.

The modules are also constructed to be super easy. For example: the first 5 weeks only have one module which includes a 5-15min video explaining what we're doing and why and talking you through the worksheet. The worksheets are super easy - they're looking at what you're already doing and the tiny tweak we can make to it. So each module is expected to only require 20 minutes each to get done. I know you're already overwhelmed and drained so I make them as simple and easy and require minimal brain power as possible.

This is also why I do the weekly group calls so even if you haven't got the juice to do the module that week, I'll be holding your hand and will walk you through myself in that call what will be the most important thing to work on and we workshop it then and there. So even if you haven't got the physical or mental brain power, all you have to do is show up to the call and I'll fully take you through it so we can get you a step closer to feeling better every time. The only thing you'd have to keep yourself accountable to is showing up to the call so I can help.

You can also save the worksheet pdfs and go through them long after the program is finished to implement in your own time.

For example: one of the beautiful souls who joined FTFF started off completely burnt out. Extreme fatigue, brain fog, creeping in depression - struggled to think of words or get through the day. She was couch/bed bound and had zero capacity to do anything. Before the supps and herbal arrived for her she had no capacity for any of the modules or course (this is why we do the 1:1 consults prior to the course starting so you have them ready to go for week 1 of the modules), but as soon as she started the supps and herbals she had more brain power. The first 2 weeks I told her to just come to the group call and I walked her through exactly what to do for that week and we workshopped together so it was extremely achievable for her and the most important thing to focus on to get her fast results. Each week there will be 1-2 videos that are approx 5-15 minutes long. You can watch them all at once or sprinkle them throughout your week.

Doing the worksheets and implementing the changes will differ for everyone, but they're not long and intended to be done within 10-15 minutes. We'll only focus on 1-2 changes per week which are super easy and will slightly tweak something you're already doing - the aim is to use minimal mental or physical energy!

These tweaks are small, easy but effective AF because we want you to experience freedom from your frazzled state long term, so the changes you'll make will feel routine and natural, so that they're easy to keep up 5, 20 and 50 years into the future.

There will be the option for ongoing support if you'd like it. The healing journey is structured so those who want quick relief and know how to keep that going will find the 12 weeks are more than sufficient and don't need any further help. If you'd like further support then there will be the option for that after the 12 weeks has finished.

Nope! All supplements and herbals are included in the Frazzled to Freakin' Free experience. All supplements/herbals will be posted to you so they'll arrive at your doorstep ready to use!

One round of tests that explore nutritional deficiencies and health conditions that can cause exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, overwhelm, etc are included in the cost of the program. We'll be exploring your iron levels, vitamin B12, vitamin D, protein levels and thyroid function in the included tests. If you've recently had them done - fab, we'll do the testing around week 9 of the program to see how you're going as a check in.

If any other random tests are required (not covered in the program), we'll cover that in your private 1:1 consults and get a referral written for your doctor to explore. This usually isn't required unless it's for other symptoms related to muscle issues, gut issues, etc. In Australia, majority of the tests for other symptoms are stock standard tests you can get with your GP but options will be available to purchase them separately if you want to get them done.

What I primarily address is the root cause of your symptoms and the body doesn't need long to get itself back into balance when it's given the right tools (aka. nutrients, food nourishment, self care) to get there. We also use herbs for the big reason that it speeds the process up remarkably fast! Herbs are like this epic jumpstart for the body and it tells the body how it optimally should be functioning so you get there really quick, then the nutrients and nourishment can work much faster to heal and nourish the body back to a healthy point.

I'm not an advocate for long term supplement use, because your body shouldn't actually need it when we address the root cause as to why your body and mind feel the way they do. The only time supplements will be needed longer is if something really stressful and big happens that it has the oomph to send the body out of balance again, or if you have a nutrient deficiency that needs replenishing but that's usually only an extra month you may need to supplement with them. (eg. iron often needs 3 months to replenish or Hashimoto's may need ongoing support)

I only include 12 weeks as it's sufficient for 90% of people (as I include all the strong, potent supps/herbals to cover all bases in the program) rather than waste your money if you actually don't need to take any extra supplements. If you do need to continue to take supplements, they will be available to purchase at a discounted rate.

All consults happen on Zoom. The first consult will happen in prior to the program starting in the pre-start weeks and the second consult in week 4/5 and the third consult in week 8/9 depending upon what is still available in my calendar. The consults are structured to be at this time to get you on the right supplements ASAP and monitor your progress and symptoms at the appropriate time.

You realise there is "no perfect time".

You recognise that there is no perfect or right time to prioritise yourself and feel that calm and happiness you desperately crave. That your life hasn't got any plans to pause anytime in the near future to allow you to focus 100% on yourself. And that every day, week, month and year that goes by with you trying to reign in the overwhelm and juggle from dawn to dusk, it just means more events, friends, dreams and opportunities that have to be pushed aside for when you've finally got time.

You realise that it's one day or day one to find the calm, clarity and happiness you really want and only you can decide.
The next 6 weeks could be that monumentous turning point in your life, the one you look back at fondly and know it was that decision that changed your life for the better.

You're telling yourself "I don't really need this, I'm fine".

The fact you're here right now is your heart, soul & the universe telling you otherwise.

To honestly find out if you do need to ditch your overwhelm for calm, answer these questions:
(be 100% honest with yourself, no one needs to know the answers)
1. How many days over the past 6 months have you felt overwhelmed, scattered, exhausted and that this juggle called life was so freakin' hard?
2. Over the past 6 months, what have these feelings stopped you from doing? Seeing friends...spending time with your partner...going to the beach...?
3. If nothing were to change and you continued to feel exactly how you feel now, how would the next 12 months look?
4. Imagine you woke up and felt calm, motivated, energetic, clear headed and happy every single day for 12 months straight - how would you feel at the end of the 12 months? What would you have achieved?

Was there a big difference between the answers in #3 and #4?

You don't need to be burnt out or paralysed by your overwhelm to warrant getting help. If you don't feel right in yourself or your life is being impacted and isn't how you want it to be - then you deserve all the support and nourishment in the world. (and so do you hormones!)
